Sleeve Toy

Sated Design was approached by a client who is a major name in the adult pleasure toy industry. The client asked Sated Design to develop and design a new adult toy for men. Starting with sketches to explore a broad range of initial concepts, the client then chose their preferred ideas and requested a new stage of sketching to develop selected concepts, aiming to incorporate a list of desirable features extracted from the previous stage.

After review of these concepts, the final concept was selected and a 3D CAD model prepared. The model was presented to the client along with 2D control drawings showing manufactured parts. Several fully working prototypes were commissioned and these were used to develop the design based on user feedback. We developed the final design through to 3D and 2D production specifications and liaised with the adult toy manufacturer during toolmaking and production.
