Our CAD capability enables us to create virtual sex toy parts and assemblies with which to optimise parts for performance and manufacturing prior to the production of physical parts. The most common techniques we use are collision checking, FEA and Mouldflow as well as 360 degree fly-arounds, sectional views and exploding assemblies. Finalised parts can be output as 2D drawings to ISO standards as well as all common 3D data types for toolmaking.
