Silicone Electrostimulation Range

Sated Design was approached by a client who is a manufacturer of adult toys, specifically in the area of electro-stimulation. They had designed a new range of toys that would be made from silicone and incorporate conductive zones to provide electrical stimulation. The client supplied basic 2D line drawings and required 3D CAD models for prototype review and tooling to be prepared from these. Sated Design prepared CAD models and prototyped them using the in-house 3D printing facilities. The designs were evaluated by the client and fine adjustments were made to optimise the sex toy design before committing to tool manufacture.
