Ride on toy

The client is a leading adult toy manufacturer who had modelled the external shape of a new adult toy for female users. Sated Design was to create a functional prototype, which would include two vibrator motors, rechargeable battery, a basic PCB, an internal structure to house these components and an external silicone sheath. The project included specifying and sourcing the internal electronic components before a three piece mould was designed and rapid prototyped. The internal electronics and support structure were mounted within the mould whilst silicone was added. The physical realisation of the product allowed the client to identify additional updates required for the completion of the sex toy design.
