Penis Loop

The client is a specialist in electro-stimulation products and wanted to design a new penis loop for their range. The product would be made from a large diameter conductive silicone cord with a metal adjustment collar and jack socket.

The adjustment collar would be machined from aluminium with an anodised finish and needed to have suitable grip features incorporated into it. A plug component was also required to fit into the open end of silicone cord.

Component parts were drawn up as 3D CAD models and were issued to the client, along with 2D specification drawings, to allow them to forward them to their preferred supplier.
