Electrastim Strap On

This project originated from a client who specialises in electro-stimulation adult toys. Their project requirement was for a strap-on dildo to be made from silicone with zones of electrical stimulation, for use with their existing stimulation devices.

The client was clear in their own mind as to the size and shape of the product. Sated design converted the clients hand sculpted model into 3D CAD Once the basic form was established, the product was presented to the client for review and approval.

Additional texture and side patterns for the electrodes were requested and incorporated to the CAD. A 3D printed part was made and sent to the client for sign-off of the final design. Subsequently 2D control drawings were made for the purposes of quotation and production. The client was then able to take the design to production using their preferred supplier.
