Bullet Vibrators

The client is a leading adult toy manufacturer who had designed a range of small bullet vibrators. Sated Design were asked to inspect existing products and recommend improvements. Due to problems found with the closure of the cap, the attachment method was changed from a bayonet style fitting to a threaded fitting. This was to be carried out with minimal impact to the existing electronics components, tooling, external aesthetics and whilst maintaining the waterproof seal. Modifications were made and Sated Design liaised with the manufacturer to ensure the new sex toy design was understood and adhered to.
