Bullet Accessories

Several ranges of adult toys were developed for a leading adult pleasure toy manufacturing company. This company invented a bullet vibrator which could be used with a variety of interchangeable silicone sleeves. This approach has been very successful for the client and Sated Design have developed many other products for the client using this configuration.

On the first page is an adult toy designed for female sex toy users. The client supplied a verbal brief to reinvent their original toy for women as a second generation toy and we developed several sex toy concepts through prototypes to final 3D production specifications.

On the second page is an adult toy design for men. The client supplied basic 2D profile concept sketches and we developed those through prototypes to final 3D production specifications.

On the third page is a toy design for women resulting from an open brief to imagine and develop an adult toy for women. The design was first discussed with the client through a series of sketches and CAD models. The hole allows the product to fit onto the user's finger and this was developed through models to achieve the correct ergonomic positioning. We developed this to final 3D production specifications.

On the fourth page is a toy for couples resulting from an open brief to imagine and develop an adult sex toy for couples. The design was first discussed with the client through a series of sketches. Sated Design prototyped several versions of the product using our in-house prototype facility. We developed this to final 3D production specifications.

On the fifth page is a toy for men resulting from an open brief to imagine and develop an adult toy for men. Keeping material content to a minimum was a key factor in the design of this product while at the same time delivering the right effect. The design was first discussed with the client through a series of sketches before a CAD model was made. Sated Design prototyped several versions of the product using our in-house prototype facility. We developed the final design to 3D production specifications and liaised with the manufacturer during toolmaking and production. The product went onto to be a multi award winning within the adult sex toy industry.

On the sixth page is a themed toy product based on the client's suggestion of berry fruits. We developed several fruit based designs and the final two designs were developed through to 3D production specifications.

On the seventh page is a body massager product based on the idea of a starfish. We developed the concept and produced 3D CAD data for the client.

On the eighth page is a range of sleeve designs developed for female sex toy users. The brief was to develop the range from sketches provided by the client into 3D CAD models for production.

On the ninth page is a pleasure toy designed for women users which is a smaller version of one of the client's earlier products. The client supplied a 2D line drawing of the product concept and requested that Sated Design prepare 3D CAD files based on these.
