Adult Toy Point of Sale Display

The client, a manufacturer of luxury adult products, approached Hillside Product Design with a requirement for a branded point of sale stand for displaying their product.

After exploring options for holding and orienting the product and exploring target costs, a format was selected - enabling Hillside Product Design to produce concept designs exploring form and styling suitable for acrylic forming. The client selected their preferred concept and requested that the stand also be able to display the product’s consumable sachet.

Hillside Design developed the design to incorporate the new feature. A 3D printed model helped the client approve the design. Specification drawings were prepared and issued to the manufacturer for production. Just one month after the initial enquiry the manufactured POS units were used successfully to showcase the product at a major tradeshow.
